Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

 

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging/tags.

 

Certain items, such as sale items, jewelry, and home goods marked “final sale,” cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, pending product availability.

 

If the item you’d like to exchange is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund instead.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

 

Once we receive your item, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
